Our Culinary Development and Creation Introduction training is essential for developing a food offering for commercial purposes, with a specific focus on recipe creativity while taking into consideration management aspects, including financial, technical, organizational, human, and environmental challenges.
During the training, we cover the following topics:

  • Hands-on experience: creative exercises on products
  • Composition of a culinary palette
  • Workshop: creating a culinary creation concept based on a defined theme.
    Achieve your goals by applying a creative and rigorous approach, crucial for developing a savory commercial food offering, with an emphasis on recipe creativity.

Trainee Profile: This training is intended for employees, business owners, job seekers registered with Pôle Emploi (French unemployment agency), and individuals undergoing career transition.

Prerequisites: Proficiency in reading and speaking French, preferably with a foundation in cooking and/or pastry at the CAP level.

Instructor Profile: This training is conducted by an expert in Culinary Engineering and Creation.

Training Format: In-person training.

Price: The Culinary Development and Creation Introduction training is offered at a rate of 1,800 euros (excluding tax).
